• Consent records — the date you accepted these terms and your marketing preference.
• Usage data — alert rules you create and basic operational logs.

We do not collect wallet keys, payment card numbers (handled by the payment processor), or any on-chain identity linked to you.

2. How we use it

• To operate your account and deliver the alerts you configure.
• To process subscriptions through our payment processor.
• To send product updates only if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser local storage for preferences such as theme and followed whales. No third-party advertising trackers are used.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored in the operator’s own database on their own infrastructure. It is not sold or shared with third parties except as needed to run the Service (e.g., the payment processor and email provider).

5. Third-party data sources

Market data is retrieved from publicly available Polymarket and Kalshi APIs. This is public market activity and is not personal data about you.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact the operator to exercise these rights. Deleting your account removes your personal information from the database.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, and access is protected by authentication. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
