Terms of Service

Last updated July 12, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SignalWhale (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

SignalWhale is an analytics service that aggregates publicly available prediction-market trade data and surfaces large (“whale”) trades, wallet analytics, and alerts. It is provided “as is,” for informational purposes only.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

5. Data & third-party sources

Market data is sourced from publicly available APIs. SignalWhale is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Polymarket or Kalshi. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated (e.g., a money-back guarantee).

7. No financial advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Trading involves risk, including loss of capital.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its data.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
